IN STORE PICK-UP
Arrangements may be picked up at our studio during our normal operating hours of 8:30 a.m. thru 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Our address is 4520 West 34th Street, Suite C, Houston Texas 77092.
Every order is personally delivered by our professional staff, and we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
For delivery of your order for zip codes in the greater Houston area, there is a charge of $15.00 to $35.00.
The order must be placed during the previous day and will be delivered between 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
For orders placed between 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. the order will be delivered that afternoon between 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Hot Shot Delivery
Orders placed between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. for the same day morning delivery are subject to a Hot Shot fee of twice the regular fee for that area.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. for the same day delivery is contingent on our availability. If we are able to make the delivery, the Hot Shot fee applies.
When we call a shop in an outlying area of Houston, or arranging a delivery in another city, a wire fee of 15.00 plus the delivery charge the sending shop charges for delivery will be added to the price of the arrangement you are sending.
THE FINE PRINT
At John Friedman Flowers, we are dedicated to delivering your floral orders in a timely manner.
The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time and date your order is placed, weather conditions, and whether or not the destination is in a remote location. Our Delivery Options explain the delivery options available to you and how the process works.
We are unable to cancel or change orders already in process, en route or delivered. Same day orders are processed immediately and usually cannot be changed. Special ordered items are paid for in advance and cannot be cancelled.
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case, it is possible the item we discussed or was ordered may not be available. Every attempt to duplicate the size, shape or overall color will be made to send what you ordered. The design staff will interpret the best way to maintain the overall item originally discussed.
We have had requests to have an image e-mailed of the arrangement that is being sent. We have tried doing this and have determined that we are not able to provide this service.
